It’s not fixed: ANMF calls for mandated aged care ratios on every shift
Federal ANMF is calling for the introduction of ratios in private and not-for-profit residential aged care to address chronic understaffing, increasing workplace violence and a lack of financial accountability for Federal Government funding worth more than $25 billion each year.
