Pay rises on the horizon for the majority of members

May brings public sector members a wage increase, with public sector mental health members’ pay increase in June. Many private sector members will see wage increases in July. If you don’t have a pay rise scheduled, check when your EBA is due for renegotiation and get involved. If your workplace isn’t covered by an EBA, ANMF cannot negotiate directly for improved pay but we have a case before the Fair Work Commission to increase your award rates by 35 per cent.
