‘We’re at a tipping point with psychosocial hazards’ – Professor Niki Ellis, workplace stressbuster
‘The reason I’ve accepted this invitation [to speak at the ANMF (Vic Branch) OHS conference] is that I think we’re at a tipping point with regard to workplace mental health,’ explains occupational and public health physician Professor Niki Ellis. ‘Employers now understand that they have to take it seriously, they have to address it. So HSRs in particular are in a position to really make a difference.’
