The Viewhill Holiday Units are set in an acre of stunning gardens in the heart of Bright and surrounding alpine region.
The beautiful Ocean Grove Chalet on the Bellarine Peninsula is ideal for a beach getaway or a weekend exploring the Bellarine.
The award-winning ANMF House is located just metres from Queen Victoria Market on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD, and is available for members to book a city escape. It is also adjacent to the ANMF (Vic Branch) building, ANMF Education Centre and Carson Conference Centres, making it ideal for members attending one of our conferences, Job Rep and HSR training or education courses.
Fully financial members can book holiday accommodation at all three sites at up to 50 per cent off the market rates.
Bright renovations on track for completion by summer

Whether it’s a solo cycling trip, a couple’s walking retreat or a family getaway, Viewhill Holiday Units have accommodation to meet the needs of every visitor to Bright, and the beautiful surrounds of North East Victoria’s alpine region.
Tucked away behind 100-year-old oaks and elms, the units are a short walk along the beautifully tree-lined Delany Avenue to the centre of Bright.
Our quaint, older-style one- and two-bedroom holiday units each feature spacious living areas, separate bathrooms, kitchens with cooking facilities and access to a communal BBQ area. The one-bedroom units are perfect for couples or the solo traveller; the two-bedroom units are suitable for families or larger groups.
By summer, renovations at the main residence should be complete. When it reopens for bookings around December, it will be a home away from home that sleeps up to eight people, exquisitely appointed with a large, ultramodern kitchen, large dining area, two separate living areas and a private outside BBQ area.
All our units have on-site parking, ample storage for bicycles and outside areas to sit and enjoy the kookaburra chorus as you sip your morning tea.

Members seeking sun and sand over the summer months can choose from 15 rooms at the modern and inviting Ocean Grove Chalet on the Bellarine Peninsula. The chalet boasts beautiful views of the ocean from the penthouses, and is perfectly situated just a short walk from the main shops and cafe stretch, and possibly the best beach in Victoria.
It’s the perfect location from which to enjoy a Great Ocean Road day trip, popular golf courses, ocean or river fishing, surfing, local wineries, neighbouring historical coastal towns and Victoria’s largest water theme park.

Our CBD accommodation offering recently won an award for sustainability in the 2023 Victorian Architecture Awards.
Located just meters from Queen Victoria Market on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD, it offers apartment-style units and beautifully appointed hotel rooms – above the stunningly renovated Central Club Hotel, which serves elevated market-to-table pub grub and also features a cosy downstairs whiskey bar.
Built to the Passivhaus standard of sustainable building design, ANMF House is supremely comfortable and extremely convenient, as well as being cost effective for members.
Members can book a room at ANMF House to enjoy a city break to attend sporting events, festivals, galleries, museums, concerts or the theatre, or to just explore and relax.
For members attending ANMF conferences, training and education at 535 Elizabeth Street, there are a limited number of rooms available for one-night (up to 20% off the market rate) and two-night (up to 30% off the market rate) stays.
