Were you once an ANMF Job Rep, but then changed jobs so you resigned?
We want you back! Your skills and experience as a Job Rep in your old job can easily be transferred to your new workplace.
All you need to do is download and complete the nomination form to become a Job Rep for your new workplace.
You can give it to your ANMF Organiser or mail it to:

Even if there are already Job Reps in your new workplace, once you are settled in and known you can still nominate. Ideally every ward at every workplace would have at least 1-2 Job Reps.
Once your nomination has been accepted, if you haven’t undertaken Job Rep training with ANMF in three years, we suggest registering for our Job Rep Foundations for a refresher. Courses will be held in Melbourne CBD and regional Victoria throughout 2023.
After you’ve completed Foundations, you can also undertake our two-day ‘Keeping it Organised – skill building & raising union presence’.
Under your EBA you may be entitled to paid leave to undertake Job Rep training.
