Supporting People with Intellectual Disability to Access Health (SPIDAH) Program training sessions: ‘Case conferencing – a model of wrap-around care’
Western Victoria Primary Health Network’s Supporting People with Intellectual Disability to Access Health (SPIDAH) Project aims to improve how primary healthcare services are delivered to meet the needs of people with an intellectual disability. As part of this work, they run online and face-to-face training sessions, and provide resources useful for nurses. They will be holding sessions on ‘Case conferencing – a model of wrap-around care’ in Ballarat and Geelong during October, with an online session in November.
