- you’ll get relevant information about your wages and working conditions, such as EBA updates or change impact statements that may affect the way you work
- you’ll be eligible to vote in a protected industrial action ballot if your workplace decides it wants to take action as part of an enterprise bargaining campaign

What do your details have to do with a protected action ballot?
If your workplace votes to take industrial action as part of your enterprise bargaining campaign – eligible voters are only those on an ANMF member list that matches an employer-provided list.
If your details don’t match you won’t be on the eligible list, which may limit everyone’s ability to participate in a campaign.
What do I need to check?
Everything!
✔ Surname, middle name, first name
✔ Date of birth
✔ Work and private email
✔ Mobile
✔ Postal address
✔ Workplace
✔ Second or any additional workplaces
✔ Hours of work – more or less than 24 hours
✔ Change in registration – have you moved from student to working, are you on parental leave, have you transitioned from EN to RN or have you added RN or midwife to your registration.
