The ANMF has formally provided the log of claims for the replacement agreement to the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 to your health service CEO today.

The claim contains about 160 separate items, many of which (if successful) would contribute to increases in take home pay for our members.
We look forward to commencing negotiations as soon as possible. Our claims are focused on retention and recruitment initiatives that present a shared challenge to employers, employees and unions alike.
ANMF will provide detailed updates to ANMF Job Representatives as we progress and publish FAQs in response to common inquiries from members.
To see who your ANMF Job Rep is log in to the Member Portal and then click the ‘My Delegates’ tab under ‘My Membership’.

Negotiations should commence late this month and are expected to continue through to April 2024.
