Want to add to your professional knowledge but don’t want to cart around a physical book? ANMF (Vic Branch) has you covered, with two e-book collections available through our library.
Branch members are able to access an e-book collection via the Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and EBook Central.
The Branch Library has prepared a guide for members wanting to access the CINAHL e-book collection.
The guide includes some featured titles in the CINAHL e-book collection, including Cracking the Nursing Interview, Palliative Care Nursing and Evidence-based Geriatric Nursing Protocols for Best Practice. Members can access the CINAHL e-book collection via the Member Portal on our website and do not need to register for an account to access this collection.
There is also a guide for accessing the library’s small collection of e-books available through EBook Central. EBook Central e-books are selected by ANMF (Vic Branch) library staff and include Nursing Care Plans, Fundamentals of nursing case studies and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing.
Members have to register for an account to access the EBook Central books.
