Emergency Triage Education Kit – second edition now available
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare has recently released the revised Emergency Triage Education Kit, second edition. It includes new and revised content on many topics, including the effect of bias at triage, care for older people, responding to psychological distress and recognising early signs of sepsis. It also contains a chapter on how EDs can manage pregnant people including common presentations and how these should be triaged.
