Two ANMF members have the opportunity to enrol in the Monash University Sustainable Healthcare in Practice micro-credential course at no cost.
Addressing the urgent need for our healthcare systems to align with climate change and sustainability imperatives, the program is designed to support healthcare professionals to understand the environmental impacts of healthcare systems, and develop the skills to lead sustainable change in the workplace.
The ten-week course delivers master’s level accredited learning. It begins Monday 14 September with an expected time commitment of approximately six to ten hours per week. It will be delivered online in a semi-structured format that includes pre-recorded videos; applied learning activities; webinars featuring leading experts, both live and on-demand; and two workplace assignments.
As a micro-credential course, it offers six credit points at postgraduate level to students who successfully complete it. Successful completion with a passing score will allow you to apply for credit towards Monash master-level courses including the Master of Public Health.
The course would normally cost participants $3000, but two ANMF member are being offered a supported place.
