All primary care nurses are invited to participate in a survey about your practice.
This survey is aimed at investigating primary care nurses’ approaches to self-management education among pre-diabetic patients and is comprised of 23 questions and it will take less than 15 minutes. Responses will remain anonymous.
Your participation is invaluable as this research has the potential to inform you about what is happening in primary care practice across Australia, and identify barriers and facilitators for educating pre-diabetic patients.
