New and experienced Job Reps in the Shepparton area are encouraged to register for upcoming Job Rep training programs that will help you support your ANMF colleagues to achieve better wages, entitlements and working conditions.
Job Rep Foundations, Shepparton, Tuesday 22 August
Are you a new Job Rep in the Shepparton area? This one-day Job Rep Foundations program will give you the tools and knowledge to undertake your role.
We’ll explain your Job Rep role and provide information, materials and resources so you can set in motion ANMF activity in your workplace.
You’ll also learn about the structure and functions of ANMF and the historical and current role of unions.
We recommend this program as a ‘refresher’ for Job Reps who haven’t attended training for three or more years. Health and Safety Reps are also encouraged to attend.

Keeping it Organised, Shepparton, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 August
This two-day program is for experienced Job Reps who want to develop the skills and strategies to resolve collective issues in your workplace. We recommend at least two Job Reps from the workplace attend together.
The program covers ANMF membership and mapping the workplace; problem solving, communication, recruitment, the enterprise bargaining process and workplace planning.
You’ll receive information, materials and resources so you can set in motion ANMF activity in your workplace.
ANMF recommends Job Reps aim to attend this program each year. Health and Safety Reps are also encouraged to attend.
