How do you balance your team’s mental wellbeing with all your other priorities?

Monash University researchers are seeking to understand how public hospital unit managers/associate unit managers balance their team’s mental wellbeing against all their other priorities.

All they need is one hour of your time to be interviewed (phone or online).

You’ll be asked your views and experiences related to managing your team’s mental wellbeing, stress, or burnout, and how you balance that with getting your work done and meeting the other management and clinical demands of the workplace.

Your input will help to identify ways to influence government and employer policy on mentally healthy workplaces for nurses and midwives.
