ANMF has agreed to remind members that exercising the right to refuse overtime as part of the protected industrial action should only be undertaken where there is no risk to patient safety.
Patient safety is the central consideration when choosing to exercise your right to take protected industrial action.
ANMF reminds members of the members meeting scheduled for Monday, 10 November at 4pm. Members can seek further clarity on matters related to the protected industrial action and negotiations at that meeting.
