Members meeting to consider revised EBA offer
At the ANMF members meeting on Friday 19 December 2025, members passed a resolution directing ANMF to continue clarifying the remaining aspects of the EBA offer and to urge Forensicare and the government to provide an appropriate offer with an improved start date as soon as possible.
We are pleased to report that a revised offer has now been made with an alignment payment for wages from the first pay period on or after 20 May 2025 until the commencement of the agreement from the first pay period on or after 1 November 2025.
This alignment payment will align Forensicare employees’ wages, allowances, penalties and overtime with the wages, allowance, penalties and overtime under the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Agreement 2024-2028 (the Public Mental Health Agreement), as was sought by ANMF members.
ANMF has also confirmed alignment of other clauses with the Public Mental Health Agreement through negotiations.
