ANMF (Vic Branch) has resumed face to face Job Rep training, with strong registration numbers across all programs.
The Branch is working towards paperless Job Rep training with metropolitan participants given laptops for use during the training sessions.
Job Rep training participants receive materials as a digital pack and have access to an online whiteboard app, which means Job Reps have ongoing access to their program’s whiteboard material. The Branch hopes to roll out the paperless approach to regional Job Rep training sessions in line with our environmental sustainability objectives
ANMF (Vic Branch) has integrated material developed for online training into face to face training, including the ‘Unions yesterday and today’ session of the Foundations program and the ‘Mapping the workplace’ and ‘Workplace planning’ sessions of the ‘Keeping it Organised’ program.
The Branch has also digitised sections of the Job Rep Toolkit (formerly known as the Job Rep Training Manual), which are available on the Job Rep Resources page of the ANMF website.
