What is the ANMF doing for members?

What is the ANMF doing for members?

We asked what you wanted from your union.

And you – i.e. ANMF members – were resolutely clear.

  1. You all want pay and conditions in your next EBA to reflect your skills and experience
  2. You all want to be safe from violence and aggression at work
  3. You know and believe that our collective strength enables us to make positive change in our workplaces and also helps make a difference in the world

But how do we get there?

We listened and made a strategic plan, informed by members. A sort of manifesto.

And Secretary Maddy Harradence and Assistant Secretaries Nicole Allan and Sam Casey want to talk about it directly with all of you.

ANMF exists to advance the collective interests of members, so we want as many of you as possible attending.

You’ll be handed the mic to ask questions and tell us what matters to you as nurses, midwives and carers.

So, what are you waiting for? Be part of something bigger and register today!
