ANMF offers assistance to bushfire-affected members

Our thoughts are with the communities impacted by the recent and still ongoing bushfires and the firefighters and emergency service workers working to protect them. This is a difficult time for so many and a large part of the state remains on high alert.

ANMF will be able to provide some assistance to affected Victorian members. We invite ANMF (Vic Branch) members who have lost their home, property, livestock, fencing or equipment to contact the Branch via records@anmfvic.asn.au or private message us on our Facebook page (remember if you use a version of your name for social media – you’ll need let us know the name we would have on our membership system.)

If you believe there is something the Branch can do to provide support, please contact us when you can.

We are particularly thinking of our members who are caring for their communities, while not knowing themselves if they have suffered loss themselves or the extent of any loss. These are extraordinary times and we urge everyone to stay safe and continue to look out for each other.

Respectfully
Lisa Fitzpatrick
ANMF (Vic Branch) Secretary
