At the 2025 Delegates Conference, cohealth Collingwood Job Rep Mary Natoli initiated a spontaneous motion to formally acknowledge and honour Lisa’s contribution to ANMF and our professions. The motion was unanimously passed (thus becoming a resolution), accompanied by a standing ovation from all delegates present.
